We saved this frame for "special occasion" for a long time and now finally used. To find "right" frame is tricky deal. Good frame should fit the picture. Sometimes frame even improves the whole impression.

This very old plane (about a hundred y.o.!) belonged to our friend's father. Ohh, no, the friend's name is not Pinocchio! We lent it for paint and it is appears in two pictures.


Here is the photo of painting "a-la prima" - We know you like to watch the process.


The third photo shows details. The goal (technical side) of this painting was to show different wood textures: loose and mellow shavings, soft wood of planks, table with half-erased old varnish. Different textures, but all of them are warm and golden. The cold blue of the blade comes for contrast.
